Harry coming back?
Did anyone else see Sky's interview with FS yesterday where they told him what Sullivan said about our recent form?

They then cut to Harry being interviewed on a Sky Sport Programme where they asked him why he would not be returning to management but then said what if he was offered the West Ham job?

He said he wouldn't turn the West Ham job down if it was offered to him....

Couldn't see it on here so sorry if already been done.

He won't be anywhere near us

Brooking and Bonds are part of the furniture again, Browns still there and Gold knows the stories

Gentile, this is about as likely as Martians landing their spaceship in London tomorrow! The owners may be getting on a bit, but they are not senile yet!

Re: Harry coming back?
Just heard a damming assessment of Redknapp on Talk Sport just now. Can't recall who the journalist was, but got it pretty much spot on. Said he couldn't stand the bloke, and will be totally responsible if QPR get relegated, and financially ruined due to the massive fine that will follow, and it's all down to Harry.

Basically Harry had tried to put the blame on the QPR players, which is why he decided to leave the club as he didn't know who he could trust anymore, which is what he claimed on Goals on Sunday today. The journo said Harry had been given millions to get the players in and has had huge support by the board, but has left the club in a complete financial mess, just like every other clubs he's managed. The other TS presenters didn't know what to say after he'd finished his rant.

Oh and Harry's knees are now better. Anyone who want this lying shit head anywhere near us need sectioning.

Do some people not remember the likes of Camara and Rigomortis?
Redknapp is the kiss of death to club finances wherever he's been.
Treacherous, twitchy twat.

Re: Harry coming back?
It will be a travesty if the fat fraud is here for the last season at the famous old ground, and Harry is obviously not everyone's perfect man for the job, but let's face it, we haven't seen any decent football since Harry left. He is 10 times the Coach Walrus is, he'll give kids a chance, and maybe we might win a few cup matches. One year deal with an option to extend.

What a massive step back into the dark ages having twitchy face Rednapp back as manager would be.

Massive mistake.

What part of 2 wins in 15 are they creaming themselves over? Similar runs cost Grant and Zola their jobs why should this fucker be any different.

Deano - Redknapp, all the way.

And before anyone says it, no I don't have any pride, but neither do the ones that want Allardyce to stay.

Football is about romance and daring to dream, if you appoint Moyes then you may as well just keep fatty.

I'd probably take him back on a rolling contract, but it'll never happen.

If it came down to either Redknapp or Moyes, who would you choose?

Re: Harry coming back?
Fond memories of HR era. Like many managers Harry had his fair share of dodgy transfers but also bought some great players to the club. We enjoyed some of our best years of recent times under HR, and since he's gone we seem to have stumbled and stuttered from disaster to disaster, while he took Spurs to the CL.

That said, not so sure having him back would be the right way to go.

Re: Harry coming back?
I like Harry. I recall consciously thinking 'Enjoy this. It won't last forever.' as Paolo did another step-over and nutmegged a fullback in front of me in the Chicken Run. It didn't. But, like the 80-86 years and a few other smatterings, it gave me great memories on which to base my hopes and dreams, which regularly fade and die, though hardly put in many appearances over the recent several seasons... particularly constantly PLAYING ONE UP FUCKING FRONT AT HOME!!!....Sniff!...x

Re: Harry coming back?
My Granddad was a West Ham fan originally from Arsenal territory, though he did move to Forest Gate before ending up in Harold Hill.

No idea why he originally supported West Ham while living there.
